操作方式

  话筒接通今后，接德律风的人要报本身是谁。好比：Hello,this is…speaking.或者…is speaking.

  打德律风的人就要申明本身要找谁接德律风。May I speak to… ?或者Is…in/there/at home?

  要找的人不在，要说：Sorry,he/She isn't in/here/at home.或者He/She is out right now.

  线路欠好，可以说：I'm sorry I can't hear you clearly.

  要求对方传话，可以说：Could you take a message for me?或者Just ask her/him to call me back.
